With your retainer in place, we’ll dive into the details to develop scaled construction drawings, formalize design concepts, and create detailed 3D renderings. This phase also includes sourcing all materials, defining the complete scope of work, and creating a comprehensive estimate for your renovation or furnishing project. Once everything is agreed upon, we’ll move forward with the next step — either by ordering furnishings or beginning the renovation.
04. SEAMLESS EXECUTION AND GRAND REVEAL
With every detail accounted for, our skilled operations and construction specialists begin the hands-on work of purchasing, ordering, procurement, scheduling, and managing the construction timeline and quality, all orchestrated completely in-house. For renovation projects, we manage the construction phase directly, coordinating every aspect through our dedicated project manager and team, with precision at every step. At the final reveal, we’ll welcome you into a space that’s been thoughtfully designed and fully realized, the perfect culmination of our collaborative journey.
