FUNctional is at the core of this unique renovation. Our client was after an extremely flexible, updated space for large family get-togethers and lots of everyday cooking—filled with color, pattern, and overall good vibes.
Our team completely re-envisioned their living space removing and relocating walls to create a more private foyer, an intimate formal dining space, a bold new mudroom with gorgeous teal cabinetry, a working fireplace wall, and overall open flow between the kitchen and great room.
Twin islands and other luxe amenities make the kitchen ideal for epic canning sessions, a favorite family pastime in this house. A double-sliding door was installed to provide a more seamless entrance to the sunroom, a new happy light-filled space for play. A balance of warm and cool colors was used throughout for an upbeat yet relaxing tone.Â
Everything Home provided design vision, material selection, product sourcing and staging of furnishings throughout this renovation project. Additionally our design team was engaged through construction as client advocates and design support to builder partner, Parsetich Custom Homes.
