Working closely with our client, our studio developed the design concept for this 5,500-square-foot custom-built home in Zionsville’s prestigious Holliday Farms country club. We sourced all selections for the build, from exterior paint and masonry to interior flooring, lighting, and countertops, adding eye-catching touches like the pendants in the home bar and striking stairway lighting to create depth and visual interest.
Inside, we sourced room furnishings, décor, and window and wall coverings to convey a sophisticated Euro-inspired aesthetic with a refined yet approachable feel. In the powder room, a sleek black vanity serves as a chic focal point, while the living room features comfortable furnishings and a stone-clad fireplace for a cozy yet refined atmosphere. The bright, airy kitchen, with its stylish bar chairs, creates the perfect gathering place for family moments and entertaining.
