Our client was seeking an updated, more connected, cozy living space with a better flow for family time and get-togethers. We transformed the home by first removing walls to create a larger great room with increased seating, and then closed off a window in the kitchen to accommodate a wall of beautiful cabinetry—all without sacrificing backyard views. The new kitchen space was defined by a re-built tray ceiling with a stunning “x” beam and a casual coffee bar integrated into the dining area. Part of the formal dining room was also converted into a relaxing reading nook. Existing warm stained trim and doors were tied in with modern vinyl plank floor, all balanced with creams and charcoals for a seamless transition.
Everything Home provided design vision, material selection, product sourcing, and staging of furnishings throughout this renovation project. Additionally, our design team was engaged through construction as client advocates and design support to builder partner, Parsetich Custom Homes.
